It's called Cellex-C Enhancer GLA Eye Balm, which isn't the most catchy title in the world but it does promise to help you out on these hot sticky days. It's fine lightweight cream is ideal for the delicate eye area and it provides a perfect base for make-up. The PR bumf says GLA, presumably a hi-tech make-up term far beyond City Woman's intelligence level, increases the flexibility of the cell membranes. It helps plump up the area making lines and wrinkles less noticeable. Now City Woman likes that, even though it costs £36 for 30 ml.
